Characteristics
Tn6058 is a 67.8-kb Tn5253-related element from Streptococcus pneumoniae isolate Pn20. It composed of Tn6002 (containing tet(M) and erm(B)) inserted in Tn5252. A large portion (almost 16 kb) of Tn6058, formed largely by cargo genes and including the pC194 plasmid (containing catpC194 gene).

Characteristics
Tn6060 is a 25.4-kb Tn1403-like composite transposon, found in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain 171b genome fragment cloned as fosmid 32. It contained two ISPa7 elements flanking two In70.2-like class 1 integrons, which inserted into Tn1403, generating a transposon that collectively includes six resistance cassettes. The large-array integron contained the cassettes aadA1, aphA15, aacA4, and blaVIM1, while the smaller cassette array carried aacC3-cmlA5. The sul1 gene can also be found in a 3' conserved region of both integrons.

Characteristics
Tn6061 is a 26.6-kb Tn3-like transposon, found in six multiresistant clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It carried a class 1 integron, which was terminated by an IS6100 element. Ten genes conferring resistance to six drug classes were carried by Tn6061 including, β-lactams (bla VEB-1, bla OXA-10), aminoglycosides [ant( 2′) -Ia, ant( 3′′) -Ia, ant( 4') -IIb], tetracycline [tet(G)], rifampicin (arr-2), chloramphenicol (cmlA5, floR) and sulfonamides (sul1).

Characteristics
Tn6062 is a 4.9-kb composite transposon, found in PST6 IncHI1 plasmids from Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi. It contained 4 genes (SPAP0100, SPAP0105, SPAP0106, SPAP0110) flanked by IS1 elements. SPAP0106 encodes a betaine uptake system capable of transporting glycine betaine and proline betaine, which was shown to confer an osmotolerant phenotype (grow in high salt).
