Tn6356 is a 15.6-kb transposon found on plasmid pJB37 in Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain FFUP_PS_37. It contains ΔrepA-parA-resA segment, an In58 class 1 integron and a ΔtnpR-orfABCD module similar to the one identified in the Tn1403 transposon (containing IS6100, sodium-independent anion transporter and uspA). The blaVIM-2 gene was associated with the In58, a genetic platform that carries three aminoglycoside resistance genes (aacA7, aacA4 and aacC1) and sul1 in its 3' CS.

Tn6360 is a 17-kb Tn3-family transposon, found on plasmid pNDM-BTR in Escherichia coli. Two IS26 elements were found at its border, as a composite transposon structure. Tn6360 was composed of an accessory region carrying blaNDM-1 and an intact Tn6292 element carrying qnrS1. The accessory region comprised an IS26, a 427-bp truncated tnpA, and an 8.3-kb Tn3000 remnant (IS3000-ΔISAba125-blaNDM-1-bleMDL-trpF-tat-ΔcutA1-groES-ΔgroEL).

Tn6361 is a transposon, found on plasmid pMR3-OXA181 in Morganella morganii strain MRSN22709. Two IS26 elements were found at its border similar to composite transposon structure. It was based on Tn6292 (tnpA interrupted by ISKpn19–res–tnpR followed by qnrS1–ISEcl2–IS26–orf198) with insertion of IS26, a 1.7-kb remnant (containing only tnpA) of Tn6346, IS3000 and a ColE2-type repA1 interrupted by a truncated ISEcp1-blaOXA-181 transposition unit.
