Tn6450 is a 65.8-kb transposon, found in Proteus mirabilis strain SNYG17. It contains Tn7 remnant (tnsABC and truncated tnsD), truncated mcp of Tn1721, two class 1 integrons: In5-type [aac(6′)-Ib-cr and arr-3 cassettes and two copies of the 3′-CS separated by ISCR1 and a region containing blaDHA-1 and ampR genes] and Tn21 class 1 integron [dfrA12 and aadA2 cassettes and resistance gene qnrA1 linked to ISCR1], Tn4352B [IS26-aphA-IS26], mphE-msrE-IS26, Tn21 (tnpA21-tnpR-tnpM), a 20,849-bp region (containing floR, sul2, hph, and aacC4 resistance genes) and a hybrid integron (a nonfunctional intI2 and 3′-CS of class 1 integron carrying lunF, dfrA1, and aadA1 cassettes).

Tn6451 is a 111.2-kb transposon, found in Morganella morganii strain BCMM24. It contains Tn7 (tnsABCDE and three gene cassettes (aadA1, sat2 and dfrA1), truncated Tn3 transposon (harbours multiple different mobile genetic elements (complete or truncated) and 12 resistance genes, 7 of which were carried by a novel class 1 integron with five gene cassettes, aac(6′)-Ib-cr, blaOXA-1, catB3, arr-3 and dfrA27) and a cfr-containing segment (IS26-cfr-ΔTn554 tnpB-ΔTn3 family tnpA-IS26). Diverse mobile genetic elements including eight intact ISs (three copies of IS26, an ISEc59, an ISVsa5, an ISEc68, an ISSpu20 and an IS5D)
