Characteristics
The transposon was firstly identified on Acinetobacter pittii genome with 12,267 bp in length. The transposon was bracketed by two copies of ISAba1 in opposite orientations and carrying 5 antibiotic resistance genes including tet(X2), sul2, blaOXA-58, aph(6)-Id, and aph(3'')-Ib.
