Tn6187 is a 32.6-kb transposon, found in plasmid pR55 from Klebsiella pneumoniae. It contained two mercury resistance operons and two transposition modules that are related to Tn21 and Tn1696, respectively, and an In0-type integron [containing two gene cassettes (aadB and blaOXA-21), sul1 in 3'CS and IS1326]. Three IS5075 elements and catA1 gene were also found on this transposon.

Tn6192 is a 37.5-kb CTn5-like element, found in Clostridium difficile 027/BI/NAP1 in FQR1 and FQR2 lineages. It contained 21 ORFs (CDR20291_1789-CDR20291_1809), which encoded ABC transporter proteins, two-component system and proteins for conjugation.

Tn6198 is a 21.3-kb Tn916-family conjugative transposon from the clinical Listeria monocytogenes strain TTH-2007. It contained a 3.3-kb DNA fragment [carrying orfU2, orfU2 and dfrG genes] inserted in between orf23 and orf24 of Tn916. Apart from dfrG fragment, the sequences of Tn6198 and Tn916 share a similarity of > 99.9%.

Tn6203 is a 17.5 kb Tn402-like class 1 integron/transposon, found in Achromobacter xylosoxidans strain X02736. Compared with its counterpart in the Salmonella genomic island SGI1, Tn6203 incorporates two new antibiotic resistance gene cassettes (aac(6')-IIa, aadB) on its class 1 integron, a mercury resistance Tn4378-like transposon (merEDAPTR) with a disruption of IS6100. blaPSE-1 and sul1 resistance genes were also found on the class 1 integron in its gene cassette and 3'CS.
