Tn6167 is a 33-kb transposon in comM of Acinetobacter baumannii GC2 strain A91. It carried Tn6022Δ1, which was interrupted by ISAba17, Tn2006 [carrying blaOXA-23 flanked by two ISAba1], the sul2 sulphonamide resistance gene, the tet(B) tetracycline resistance determinant and the strA and strB streptomycin resistance genes.

Tn6180 is a 19-kb IS26-bounded transposon, found in Acinetobacter baumannii strain SGH0701 genomic resistance island AbGRI3. It was similar to Tn1548, but had an insertion of ISAba24. The class 1 integron [containing sul1 gene in 3'CS] on Tn6180 was also different by having a different set of cassettes aadA1-catB8-aacA4 and a 216 bp-deletion in integron integrase gene.
